CAN I ADD PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM DECALS & LETTERING?

  • OF COURSE! All of our items can be personalized to match your theme. Please head over to the Add-on section for additional information. 

WILL MY ITEMS BE CLEANED?

  • ABSOLUTELY! Cleanliness is our top priority. Your rental will arrive sanitized, disinfected, and cleaned upon arrival.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

  • YES, a 50% deposit is required. No additional steps are needed, we will process this for you at check out. The remaining balance will be due 3 business days prior to the date of of your event. 
  • Deposits are nonrefundable unless you request a cancellation at least 14 day prior to the date of your event.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

  • In the event you must cancel due to weather, your deposit will remain as a credit for future use:) 
  • We always recommend having an indoor option as a back up.
